About The Retreat
Join Sarmarie not just for a retreat, but a 7-day practice intensive of Yoga Prati “Move Towards” a true opportunity to grow and connect to your individual Self.
During this Yoga Retreat Yogis will explore in depth what it is to Move Towards a Holistic Yoga Practice and how it relates to everyday life. We’ll explore practices weaving tradition and the individual together, we’ll look at ways to continually keep Yoga appropriate as well as fresh and alive.
I look forward to sharing what may cultivate a lasting practice that allows you to play in movement and pause in moments.
Please note that you do not need to be able to do advanced postures, things like headstands, balancing posture, etc, however we will explore them along the way. All are welcome!
To experience Yoga with breathtaking views is seriously the best! The retreat provides a supportive, safe and interactive environment to learn and explore.
