Join us for another powerful and authentic journey in Mallorca, and this time we will dedicate it to seeing and connecting to the abundance that exists in our lives.
Inspired by nature, rich culture and flavors, insane sunsets and sunrises, endless landscapes and experiencing the different aspects of the yoga tradition.
We will explore the practice of yoga and examine the practicality of the yogic perspective in our daily life – We will switch our focus from what we’re lacking to all that is available to us.
The retreat will combine yoga and breathing exercises, conversations, meditations and Thai massage, along with visits to the best sites to soak up the Mallorca’s nature.

We will stay at a 10 room’s boutiqe retreat center, offering a pool, several practices areas, and an adjoining chef who will pamper us with vegetarian and colorful food, some of which grows in the organic garden.

About The Host
Alit Bar Sadeh
Experienced Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga teacher, bodyworker, and a loving being, who’s known for her dynamic, playful and thorough approach to teaching.
With over a decade of teaching experience and utilizing her business background, Alit leads classes, workshops, and retreats internationally, where she uses the physical practice, together with mantras and discussions to explore philosophical ideas from the yogi tradition and integrate them in a modern lifestyle.
“With time and practice I discovered a whole new world as well as myself, until one day, the mission of coping with daily life became easy and joyous. In my experience, I got the best of both worlds – strength and flexibility of the body, and calmness and balance of the mind.
I am ever so thankful to all the wonderful teachers who have guided through the years, specifically Shimon Ben-Avi, Maty Ezraty, Ty Landrum, Mooji, Shiva Rae, Chuck Miller, and Ganesh Mohan.
Yoga is the best gift life has given me. It is a journey of self-discovery and unveiling of life’s essence. I invite you to join me on this retreat and reveal your own personal journey.”
